I have a Rincon 650 service manual, but the 650 is carbed and the 680 is fuel injected, so the codes won't be the same. Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!! You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. They was also known for the auto cam chain adjuster to let loose and then work again (jump time). Again, most of the time it would still start and be low on power. It was completely worn and needs replacing. I am going to replace the cam chain and the oil pump drive chain. Being a Honda mechanic many years ago, it just doesn't make sense that a 2000 mile machine should need a cam chain. The newer 680 engine has a different cam chain and tensioner, so hopefully the early cam chain failure has been fixed.
